Damaged or Defective Products
We understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit.
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Tampered with
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share the following details:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the damaged product
- Unboxing video (if available, recommended for faster resolution)

Eligibility for Replacement

Non-Eligible Cases

- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Requests raised after the 48-hour window
Refunds
- We do not provide refunds under any circumstances
- Only product replacement is supported for valid cases
Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch
